Q. What kind of soap do you use?
A: Usually just Dawn dish soap. Occasionally, for
tough jobs, we add non - sudsing ammonia or a
professional solution.
Q: Do you go up on skyscrapers?
A: Currently our insurance coverage limits us to three
stories.
Q: Doesn't your water freeze in the winter?
A: Just the right amount of windshields wiper solvent
(bug juice) mixed with warm water keeps
us working all winter (warms the hands, too).
We usually work 50 or 51 weeks per year.
Q: What is your service area?
A: If you need storefront service and you're in our "Home Zone", we can give you a
discounted price for
regular service. Own primary
service area is the Near - West Suburbs and the West Side of Chicago. We
also travel to areas within 20
miles of O'Hare Airport.
Q: What if my house is scheduled and there is
rain in the forecast?
A: The only way we cancel (for the crew's safety) is if there is threatening
weather like lightning or high winds
because we use metal equipment and
ladders. If you need to reschedule, please call
us at least one or two
days before your appointment.
Q: How often should I have my windows cleaned?
A: We set up whatever schedule you
request. Storefronts range from two times per week to quarterly (bi -
weekly is most common). Most homeowners
prefer some type of
service with each change of season.
Q: What do you offer that other companies don't?
A: Our advantage is clear in three ways:

Q: Why doesn't your company give free
estimates for residentials?
A: Two major reasons:

Most of our customers enjoy the luxury of scheduling the work immediately
when they call. Waiting
around for an estimate or figuring out your price by counting windows can be
annoying and confusing.
Our system is simple and fast.
2.
You will not be "Nickled and dimed" if you ask for extra services. You are
the boss. We always do a
complete job on every window including screens, frames, tracks, sills,
cobwebs - always to your
happy satisfaction. Our hourly rate often beats our competitors rates
without all the song and dance!
